Personally, I believe that these "hostile" take-overs in these mega churches have nothing to do with saving souls, preaching the Word, helping communities grow, teaching spiritual truths, GOD, nor following Jesus Christ. It all boils down to who(m) keep control of all that tax free money! - God'sdiva
